MyHealthKeeper app for iPhone and iPad

My Health Keeper was created by undergraduates at Wayne State University, in order to help patients organize their health information, including insurance information, medications, appointments, and past medical history. The application allows patients to efficiently input and store their medical information, capture and save images and set and receive appointment reminders on their iOS device. This app provides patients with monthly notifications to update medical data. Patients can also print their medical summary directly from their iOS device. My Health Keeper does not collect or distribute any information that is entered and the information entered by the user is encrypted and stored to the users phone.

The user decides how much information to enter in the application and is required to create a password and username (which is stored to the phone) to create an account and is the users responsibility as to how he or she wants to utilize or share the information that he or she entered. The developers bear no responsibility for lost information if the phone is stolen or broken.
